Who is Angeles?
Angeles Shih is an award-winning designer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Accessories Design from the prestige Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Her diverse background—born in Argentina, raised in Taiwan, grew up in Hong Kong, and now residing in the New York—provides her with a distinctive and comprehensive design perspective. Committed to intentional design, she aims for each product to convey a narrative that resonates emotionally.
With a decade in the fashion industry, Angeles has perfected the art of design development, overseeing the process from concept to final product. Her specialization includes handbags, small leather goods, and lifestyle home goods. She has worked with brands such as Coach, Henri Bendel, Edie Parker, Flower by Edie Parker, LeSportsac, Caraa, Calin New York, Zodiac Jules, Away Travel, and Kate Spade.
Angeles founded International Party Girl, as an escape from the 9-5 lifestyle. It’s about always being ready for an adventure, embracing the party as a way of life, and showing up as your most authentic, confident self.
She traveled the world for a year— a chapter she calls World Domination — Angeles made her Primera Return to New York City to reclaim the city that shaped her.
